Our services are available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Any emergency or special request depends on availability.

• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for our staff
• Inform us in advance for any changes or cancellations

5. Staff & Caregivers

Our caregivers are trained and provide support with care and respect. They are not a replacement for hospital-level medical treatment.

We take full care while providing services, but we are not responsible for:

• Unexpected medical emergencies
• Existing health conditions or complications
• Situations beyond our control
